The Faithless Beach

I'll bury my hands in the sand to rest my finger tips.
I await patiently for God's ship too approach.
Your breath goes cold.
It's hard for you to bare the shake as it wrestles in the waves.
The tide is getting stronger, as your tears run faster.
I caress your face, with a soft touch of gold.
A smile escapes, the sun sinks deeper.
The rain never stops the pain we receive.
I'll wash your blood away, "Remember me in favor, our Kingdom is there."
I lay your head back down in the sand, I promise for my return.
"Love never felt like this."
I walked the waves, in hoping you were there.
You never followed because it was too hard to believe.
Now you received all that you wanted. A Babylon of a life.
A beach calm setting. Love all around you that you can't taste.
Alone, all on your own. You stay.
Alone, all on your own.
I wish I could see, all the ones I love, resting with leaves on a tree in heaven.
